All classes are taught by STOTT Pilates- and Schwinn-certified instructor, Tia Kilpatrick. Over the last 20+ years, Tia has honed her craft in the studios, gyms and universities of Northern California and New York in order to create classes that are both entertaining as well as educational. Replete with straight-forward instruction and an inane anecdotes, Tia’s classes serve the structured exerciser as well as fun-loving fitness tourist to create an awesome exercise experience.
